What's included
We clear lots, drives and walks during and after storms, and treat for ice so the property stays open and safe.
- Parking lot and driveway plowing
- Sidewalk, entry and stair clearing
- Salting and de-icing
- Return visits for drifting and refreeze
Contracts for commercial properties
For office buildings, retail centers, HOAs, churches, schools and public properties, we set up a seasonal agreement before winter. It defines the trigger depth, the areas to clear, priority entrances and how salting is handled, so there's no guessing at 4 a.m.
- Seasonal (flat-rate) or per-push pricing
- Defined trigger depth and service areas
- Pre-season site walk to map the property
Residential snow removal
Driveways and walks cleared so you can get out in the morning. Space on residential routes is limited, so set it up before the first storm.

Questions
When should I sign a snow contract?
October or November. Routes fill up before the first storm, and a site walk ahead of time means the crew knows the property.
What's a trigger depth?
The amount of snow that starts service, commonly 1 or 2 inches. Salting can be triggered separately for ice.
Do you do per-storm service?
Yes, when route space allows. Contract customers come first during a storm.
Do you plow for townships and public properties?
Yes. We work to written specifications and bid on public snow contracts.
